Dear NūLoop Partner,
Based on multiple guidance sources and criteria—including direction from the CDC, Governor Walz, Hennepin County Commissioners, Mayor Frey, and our hosts at HGA—
NūLoop leadership has decided to hold virtual meetings for the near future including Steering Committee, General Membership, and North Loop Root District Redevelopment Work Groups (CLIMATE, EQUITY, and CREATIVE) meetings.
Christie Hantge will be sending out meeting invitations for Steering Committee and General Member Meetings, and Dan Collison will send out meeting invitations for the Root District meetings. Each meeting invite will provide specific instructions on how to use the Zoom meeting and webinar platform. You will be able to join without needing a Zoom account. And, you will be able to join via phone and/or computer and video or non-video combinations.
While we realize that this is not optimal, we hope that you agree that it is necessary and prudent. We earnestly believe that our work is important and that our neighborhood will continue to improve and develop. We can fight the virus by continuing our work and momentum!
Like you, we earnestly hope that this too shall pass and that our new normal will lead to a more resilient future.
Instructions and Logistics
- Please refer to the Zoom meeting invite and login credentials for each meeting, as they will be unique to each meeting.
- Give yourself a little extra time to log-on and get connected ahead of the posted meeting time.
- Dan Collison will reach out to all special presenters ahead of time to coordinate visual content, that will be part of each virtual meeting.
- Please reach out to NūLoop staff via email as questions arise and thank you for your patience as we work out any bugs in the system
